RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

I take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of my original paintings. Each piece is carefully inspected before it is shipped to you. However, if your artwork arrives with a defect, I am here to assist you. Eligibility for Returns - Returns will only be accepted if the painting arrives damaged or defective. - You must contact me within **7 days** of receiving your order to report any issues.

 

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Me Directly: If there are any issues with your painting, please reach out via [info@anetacieplak.com/contact form link].

2. Provide Details: Include photos of the defect and your order information.

3. Return Approval: Once the issue is verified, I will provide you with instructions to return the artwork via courier.

Refund Process

- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the artwork has been returned in its original packaging.

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note: - Custom orders and commissioned artworks are non-refundable.

- The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the defect is verified.

- For purchases made through my partner galleries, their delivery terms will apply. Please check their terms and conditions for more details.
